TEMPORARY PROTECTIVE DEVICE COVERS
Temporary Protective Device Covers protect pre-installed switches and receptacles during the drywall and painting processes. Covers are available both in sturdy galvanized steel and also clear plastic covers, which make device recognition a snap. Covers are typically installed using 3/8" or 1/2" long 6-32 machine screws. Steel covers come pre-punched for access to adjusting screws on adjustable mudrings. Plastic covers can be be ordered with pre-punched holes for access to adjusting screws on adjustable mudrings.
